Crazy Corn

Crazy Corn comes in a variety of tasty flavors.  A 1 pound bag yields almost double its weight.   Crazy Corn is free of sulfites, ethoxyquin, BHA, BHT, dyes, flavorings and colorings.  Please note that these foods require cooking.   The original Corn Bean Mix requires soaking before cooking.  Please follow the directions carefully. 

TIP:  When I make this, I keep enough for a couple of meals in the fridge, and freeze the rest for later use.  An easy way to portion and freeze is to put a single serving size into each section of a plastic ice cube tray.  Place the tray into a  freezer bag, pressing out all the air and sealing to protect again freezer burn.  Pop out the individual cubes as needed, thaw, heat and serve. 

Currently we have four flavors available:

Kung Fu Yum - Ingredients:  Rolled corn, rice stick (rice flour, water), green peas, rolled barley, rolled oats, buckwheat, papaya, red melon seeds, squash seeds, sweet potato, carrots, ginger, spinach, orange peel.  Guaranteed Analysis - Crude Protein (min) 11.3%, Crude Fat (min) 3.6%, Crude Fiber (max) 5.4%, Moisture (max). 12%.

Rainforest Rice Pudding - Ingredients:  Brown rice, rolled corn, bananas (turbinado sugar, coconut oil), green peas, raisins, pistachio, nuts, dates, allspice.  Guaranteed Analysis:  Crude Protein (min) 9%, Crude Fat (min) 6%, Crude Fiber (max) 2.3%, Moisture (max) 12%.

Noodles -N- Nuts - Ingredients:  Rolled corn, pasta (contains wheat flour, spinach powder, tomato powder, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, niacin, ferrous sulfate), apples, pineapple, peaches, walnuts, cashew nuts, cinnamon stick.  Guaranteed Analysis:  Crude Protein (min) 9.6%, Crude Fat (min) 6%, Crude Fiber (max) 2.4%, Moisture (max) 13%.

Original Corn Bean Mix - Ingredients:  Whole corn, whole barley, rolled corn, green peas, pinto beans, red beans, soy beans, kidney beans, lima beans, black eyed beans, red peppers, black peppers, garbanzo beans.  Guaranteed Analysis:  Crude Protein (min) 14.6%, Crude Fat (min) 3.0%, Crude Fiber (max) 4.5%, Moisture (max) 11%
